Keeping medicines cold, ramp to ramp.

A Saudi operator of active, temperature-controlled ULDs. We supply, precondition and service the container. You keep the shipper, the booking and the customer.

2–8°C

Line drawing of an active temperature-controlled ULD: insulated door, data logger panel and cooling unit 2–8 °C 5.0°C

Each container carries its own power, its own cooling and heating, and its own record. It is set before loading and holds pharma cargo at 2–8°C through the ramp, the hold and the transfer.

  • Cooling and heating unit Battery powered
  • Data logger Records every reading
  • Insulated door Sealed, latched, inspected

Six handoffs. Two of them are ours.

Every pharma shipment by air passes through the same hands. Imdad Cool fills the one gap forwarders can't fill on their own: the chilled container.

You keep the customer.

We never quote your shipper, book an airline or clear customs. Imdad Cool sits under your offer as the container layer, so you can sell pharma-grade cold chain without owning a fleet.

Imdad Cool handles

  • The chilled ULD fleet
  • Preconditioning, recharge and calibration
  • Allocation and repositioning
  • Station turnaround
  • Maintenance and telemetry

Your team keeps

  • The shipper relationship
  • Airline capacity and freight charges
  • Booking and coordination
  • Customs
  • Last mile and customer billing

You're billed for three things: the container lease, the station service and the temperature report.

At the station

Leasing
Active 2–8°C ULDs allocated to your booking, and repositioned when a lane runs one way.
Preconditioning
Brought to set point before it reaches the ramp, so cargo never warms during loading.
Recharge
Batteries charged between flights, at the station, without sending the unit abroad.
Calibration
Sensors and loggers checked against reference before the container goes back into service.
Maintenance
Door seals, cooling units and structure inspected and repaired by our station team.
Temperature records
A complete record for every lease, ready for your shipper's quality team.

Every lease ends with a record.

Outside, the ramp can pass 44°C and the hold can fall toward freezing. Inside, the logger shows a line that never leaves its band.

Illustrative temperature record Outside air moves between about 9 and 44°C across station, ramp, flight and arrival. Inside the container the temperature stays between 4 and 6°C, inside the 2 to 8°C band. 0°10°20°30°40° 2–8°C StationRamp, RiyadhIn flightRamp, arrivalHandover
